Can I work with Smileep if I do not have an intraoral scanner?
Yes. While we work primarily in digital, we also accept physical models. If you are thinking about going digital, we can advise you and even offer intraoral scanners such as the Medit.
Can I connect my intraoral scanner to Smileep?
Yes. We work with intraoral scanners from all the major brands. We accept STL and PLY files from iTero, Medit, 3Shape TRIOS, Carestream, Planmeca, and others.
What types of prosthetics can I submit digitally?
Using our digital protocols, we manufacture high-precision fixed dental prosthetics for both natural tooth restorations and complex implant cases.
How do I start working with Smileep?

What exactly is a digital dental laboratory?
A laboratory that works with digital files (STL, PLY) generated by intraoral scanners. We use CAD-CAM software and 3D printing to design and manufacture all types of prosthetics with high precision — no analogue processes.
What technical support do you provide during the process?
We support you from your very first case. Our technical and clinical team is available via WhatsApp, email, phone, or video call to answer questions, validate designs, or advise on complex rehabilitations.
How long does it take to manufacture and deliver a zirconia crown?
With Smileep, the process is 100% digital and straightforward. We manufacture and deliver zirconia crowns within 5 days of receiving your STL file.
Is 3D model printing charged separately?
No. At Smileep we use Formlabs 3D printers to manufacture the models included with every case. There are no surcharges — our pricing is fixed and transparent, covering both the models and fast delivery.
How many try-ins are carried out for complex cases?
For complex cases involving more than three units, we carry out a single master try-in manufactured with biocompatible 3D printing. We have streamlined the protocol so that the entire case is resolved in three appointments: scan, try-in, and delivery.
